Honesty, Integrity, and great people skills

I’ve been in the customer service business for 29 years and as the old saying goes “Perception most often times is Reality” From the moment I saw Tim pull up in my drive I had a good feeling about him. His truck was in good shape, clean and organized. In my opinion you can tell a lot by these things and when someone’s work vehicle is beat up and disorganized much of the time the work habits are the same. As soon as Tim stepped out of his vehicle his greeting was pleasant and professional reaffirming all of the issues and information that we had told him about over the phone. He assured us that he could resolve our issues then we walked out the job telling us step by step how he planned on doing it.

I was watching Tim work and I can tell you that he’s very meticulous marking spots to drill, pre-drilling pilot holes then completing the job. Many workmen would eye ball it and just put the screw in without pilot holes. Could this had been done without marking it first and using pilot holes? The answer is yes! But when you see someone that takes the time to do it the right leaving no room for error it’s a very comforting feeling as the customer. All of the work Tim did for us was top notch.

We met with Tim and discussed many small projects that we wanted done to the house. The tackled the big one first. He re-insulated our front door for us. We did not want to replace it so he meticulously took it apart and secured it for us. He did a great job, was on time, and cleaned up after himself.
He wanted us to try one project first before we moved on to the next to make sure that everyone was happy with the job at hand.
